摘要
宝钢 3BF冷却壁水管过早大量破损 ,对高炉操作和长寿构成很大威胁。通过对冷却系统的优化改造 ,采取提高冷却强度、改善水质等措施 ,取得明显成效 ,冷却壁破损明显减少 ,冷却水成本大幅度下降 ,炉体管网布局趋向合理 ;同时炉况更加稳定顺行 ,燃料比稳步下降 ,生铁成本下降。
The problem that the stave water pipes for Baosteel #3 BF are often easily damaged in great quantity,causes serious threat to BF operations and BF life span.A series of measures has been adopted,including optimizing the cooling system,increasing the cooling intensity,improving the cooling water quality,etc.Destruction of the stave has been effectively controlled,cost for the cooling water has been lowered greatly,and BF operation has become smoother and more stabilized.Its fuel ratio and pig iron cost decreased steadily.
