摘要
选用球孢白僵菌菌株F-263进行室内带菌载体和生长繁殖最佳条件选择及野外布菌试验。结果表明,无纺布载体优于海绵载体。PPDA(马铃薯、葡萄糖、蛋白胨、琼脂)培养液不同琼脂含量筛选结果表明,琼脂含量为5.0g·L-1的培养液为最佳。野外无纺布带菌效果试验表明无纺布带菌施菌方法为有效途径。在野外持续17~19d再进行布菌最佳,有利于保证有一定浓度的侵染源。
Study on selection of carriers of pathogen - carrying and optimum growth and reproduction conditions in the laboratory as well as pathogen - assigning effects in the field trails has been conducted by choosing Beauveri bassiana, stain F - 263, The results showed that non - woven cloth pathogen - carrying carrier was better than sponge. The culture medium of 5 .0 g · L-1 agar was the best through screening different agar content PPDA (potato, glucose, peptone and agar ) media. The result of non - woven cloth pathogen - carrying field trails also indicated that above - mentioned method was effective'; moreover, assigning pathogen was most efficient after non - woven cloth pathogen - carrying carrier was sustained 17 ~ 19 days, which was beneficial to maintain the definite concentration invading - resource in the forest.
