摘要
项目管理是风险投资公司的主要业务,从项目源开发、筛选、调研、形成投资计划书、签订合同到项目跟踪、项目完成,涉及到大量格式化文档的处理.针对风险投资公司的具体业务内容和工作流程,采用B/S结构,设计开发了一套投资项目管理系统,使项目分析更加高效、准确、合理,使风险投资获得较大的投资回报率.
Project Management is the main business contents of a venture capital investment company.There are a great number of formatted documents to be processed,from project resource developing,filtration,visiting and investigating,formation of investment suggestion reports,contact signature to projects tracking and investment withdrawal.This system,customized for the business contents and process flow of a venture capital investment company,using three tiers of B/S structure,is developed as a general project management system for this trade,by using this system,it can make projects make projects analysis more efficiency,more accurate and more rational,and finally return the company a biggest investment yield.
