摘要
磁悬浮隔振是一种新型的电磁力控制主动式隔振技术,在介绍磁悬浮隔振平台的基本原理基础上,分析了磁悬浮隔振的机理和特性,推导了其动态模型,论述了磁悬浮隔振控制策略,进行了隔振效果的计算机仿真,并以一个磁悬浮隔振试验装置为对象,进行了试验和测试。
Magnetically levitation vibration isolation is a new type active isolation technology.on the basis of introducing the basic principle of the magnetically levitated isolation platform,the mechanism and characteristics of the magnetically levitated vibration isolation system are analyzed and the dynamic model is inferred.The control strategies are also discussed and simulated in this paper.In addition,using a magnetically levitated isolation equipment,experiments and tests are carried out.
