分析广东内河航标存在的主要问题,结合实际,在进行深入、系统研究的基础上,提出了广东航标监测系统建设的目标、原则、战略步骤,对系统的技术构想和拟实现的功能进行了探讨,以期对广东航标监测系统的建设起到一定的促进作用。

This paper analyzes main problems existing in inland navigation marks of Guangdong Province and presents the goal, principles anddevelopment strategies of navigation mark monitoring system construction in Guangdong Province in combination with actural practice and on the basis of in-depth and systematic research, and explores the technical scheme and system functions to be realized, aiming at promoting the construction of navigation mark monitoring system of Guangdong Province. 
