中国近代进步文化的基本特征

The fundamental character of China modern advanced culture

本文从中国由传统农耕社会向现代工业社会转变这个视角 ,界定“中国近代进步文化”的历史内涵 ,突出社会史 (尤其是政治进程 )对思想文化的影响和制约 ,认为民族主义取向和启蒙主义性质乃是中国近代进步文化的两个基本特征 ,并且指出它们是在西潮冲击和传统资源转化的相互影响之下形成的。

According to the view of China's transfer, which is from the traditional agriculture social to the modern industry social, the article identifies the historical essence of China modern advanced culture. It also emphasize that social history, especially the process of politics, influenced and limited Chinese culture and thinking. So it concluded that the fundamental characters of China's modern advanced culture are nationalism and enlightens. They are formed on the interaction between shocking of western thinking and transfer of traditional source.
