基于计算分析的法律语体修辞特征研究

Researches on the rhetoric features of legal style based on calculating analysis

本文选择《中华人民共和国国籍法》为分析文本 ,通过“解剖麻雀”的方式 ,以计算分析和科学方法 ,总结归纳出法律语体的修辞特征及所要遵循的修辞基本原则。不仅与此前的语体修辞研究的“印象式”的非科学研究模式划清了界线 。

Choosing 'The Nationality Law of The People's Republic of China' as an analysing version, though the method of 'dissecting a sparrow' with calculating analyses and scientific methods, this paper sumed up the rhetoric features of legal style and the basic principles of rhetoric to obey. It not only made a clear distinction with former researches on style-rhetoric which were 'impressionistical' and nonscientific research model, but also laid a foundation stone for the Chinese rhetoric and the Chinese style research.
