近年来 ,随着社会的发展和对心理教育的重视 ,人们已把心理健康提高到公共卫生的角度来认识。本文从心理学的角度来讨论教师心理健康及心理适应性问题 ,说明了由于教师人格对学生具有深远的影响 。

As society develops and psychological education is being paid more and more attention, in the last years people have begun to understand psychological health from a high degree of public hygiene. On the basis of psychology, this paper aims to discuss the issue of the teachers' psychological health & adaptability and hence demonstrate that the teacher's psychological health & adaptability should be attached greater importance because the teachers' moral integrity has a profound influence on their students.
