摘要
胎体是孕镶超硬材料工具重要的组成部分。文章强调引用“湿润”这一术语只能是在液相烧结条件下。要想使“湿润”技术能实用于孕镶金刚石工具的制作中 ,必须研究开发含有活性元素的低熔点合金胎体材料。耐磨性是材料强度 (硬度 )与塑性的综合体现。文章还论述了对胎体材料机械性能的要求 ,并提供了一些胎体基材和相关添加元素作用的资料。
Matrix is an important part of impregnated ultra-hard abrasive tools. The paper insists that the term 'moisten' can only be used in the liquid phase sintering. To use this technology in manufacturing impregnated ultra-hard abrasive tools, the lower melting point matrix that has active element must be developed. The wear resistant is comprehensive embodiment of strength (hardness) and plasticity of materials. The requirements for machine performance of the matrix is also summarized with some information to the reaction of several matrix and relevant elements added.
