电子商务在跌宕起伏中保持发展,电子商务的内涵日益丰富,电子商务人才需求问题日显突出。根据目前实际中表现出对电子商务人才需求的现象,分析电子商务人才分布和类型,提出电子商务人才培养方向、培养模式和课程调整的设想或建议。

Based on the requirement for the talented persons in the ecommercial affairs their distribution and classification are analyzed. The education goal, the education mode and the courses adjustment are suggested.
