摘要
管理意义的激励机制大体建立在所谓精神激励和物质激励两个层面上。对企业经营者的激励除了满足其成就感、个人价值社会认同等方面的需要外,在薪酬层面上如何设计并体现其所得与贡献的对接,具有基础性激励意义。这里主要在薪酬层面上对年薪制、股权激励、经济增加值激励等的激励机理、操作条件及外部环境要求等问题进行分析和探讨。
An encouraging management mechanism is generally built on both of the socalled spiritual and material aspects. In addition to the satisfaction of a sense of success, the social acknowledegment of his personal value, a drive on an enterpriser is fundamentally aspiring as to how to design and practice a proper salary for him based on his contribution to the enterprise. This paper focuses on the issues about the encouraging mechanisms of salary in an annual salary system, rights of stock and value of economic increase, and operational conditions and their environments.
