摘要
高校文科学报担负着传播积累科学文化知识的特殊任务,负有科教兴国的时代使命,在引领社会推进理论创新中担负着重大责任,必须认清时代特点,营造宽松的学术氛围,探索学报编辑工作规律,在观念上、内容上、方法上创新,在创新中实现高校学报工作的与时俱进。
As university arts journals shoulder a grand responsibilty of a special task of teaching and accumulating cultural knowlegde and of a time mission of prospering of the country in science and education and of innovation of social developmental theories, we must realise these characteristics of our time so as to create an enjoyable academic atmosphere and probe rules of university arts journals. Thus we can innovate in content, method of university journals and realise in innovation the goal of advancement with time in university journals.
