摘要
结合北方小城镇经济发展、产业布局的实际,光明山镇工业园区规划设计遵循“项目导入服从于功能定位”的规划概念,提出“线形发展、网络布局”的整体结构、“两横三纵、向西开放”的弹性发展、“适度集中、组团构成”的用地布局,以建设集中化半独立式工业园区。
Based on the economic development and industrial overall arrangement in small towns in Northern China,the planning and design ofGuangmingshan Industrial Park follows the planning concept of “ntroduction of projects according to the function of the Park”.The paper proposesthe“Linear Development and Network Arrangement”for the overall structure,“Opening Westward in Two Horizontals and Three Verticals”forflexible development,“Moderate Concentration with Mass Group Structure”for land arrangement so as to build a centralized semi-independentindustrial park.[
