摘要
健康作为人力资源的组成部分 ,对经济发展具有重要影响。本文从健康对经济发展的作用机制、实现途径等角度 ,具体分析了健康对经济增长的贡献。从作用机制来看 ,健康或健康投资既可以作为人力资源的组成部分直接对经济增长发生作用 ;也可以通过影响教育投资的实现而对经济发展产生间接影响。其主要的影响途径不仅包括提高人们的生产劳动率、促进对自然资源的利用及教育投资收益的实现 ,而且还可以通过减少疾病的发生而节约大量的医疗成本 ,避免疾病造成的直接或间接经济损失。对健康的贡献分析可在两个层面上进行 :一是分析个体健康对个人劳动市场表现的影响 ;二是分析群体健康对整个国家或地区宏观经济的影响。
Because health as well as education consists nfthe main part nf human resource, andhuman resource is one of the impotent factors of affecting economic growth, we eon inferencehealth ,as a craalal aspect of human capital, can affect economic development. So this studyanalyzes the effective system and the main way of health during economic growth. Health, as acritical ingredient of economic growth can not only directly influences economic development,but it can make an indirect function by enhancing the margin contribution of eduealion. As for asthe main ways, it includes increasing labor productivity, improving use of resource, raising themargin contribution of education as well as economizing medical cost. Analyses of theinter-relationship between health and economic growth can be conducted at the individual level, atregional levels with a country, and for aggregate data on cotmtries.
