缰核内微量注射荷苞牡丹碱拮抗电针镇痛

摘要 通过埋植套管分别向大鼠双侧缰核注射200nM/0.5μl/2 minGABA 和0.2%Bicuculliue 0.5μl/2 min 观察到,GABA 使痛阈明显升高.Bicuculline 使痛阈明显降低并拮抗电针镇痛效应。提示 GABA 是缰核参与痛觉调制的重要神经递质之一,在电针镇痛过程中发挥着重要的作用。 Pain threshold was measured by the latency of tail-flick reflex elicited by radiant head exposure before and after intracerebral injection.Rats equipped with bilateral intracephalic cannulae directed to habenula were given respectively microinjection of 200nm/0.5 μl/site GA- BA and 0.2%/0.5μl/site bicuculline(a GABA recepter blocker)to be finished with 2 rain.Microinjection of GABA could increace significantly tbe pain threshold.Bicuculline could reduce the pain threshold and abol- ish the effect of the acupuncture analgesia.The results showed that GA- BA was one of the important neurotransmitters on modulating pain and played important role on acupuncture analgesia in habenula.
