抗衰神方对^(60)Coγ线照射小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘要 本文报道了抗衰神方可明显增强^(60)Coγ线照射损伤小鼠对同种异型抗原诱导的迟发型超敏反应和混合淋巴细胞反应,明显增强放射损伤小鼠脾细胞对 ConA的增殖反应,明显增加放射损伤小鼠特异的抗体分泌细胞数及增强小鼠脾细胞对LPS 的增殖反应,并能促进 ConA 刺激的小鼠脾细胞分泌白细胞介素—2。证明了抗衰神方对放射线损伤小鼠非特异和特异的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能恢复具有明显的促进作用。 In this paper we report that Kang Shuai Shen Fang could recover the immune function of irradiated mice.The results indicat that Kang Shuai Shen Fang is able to enhance the proliferation response of spleen cells of irradiated mice to con A and LPS.At the dosage of 400mg.kg- d-,Kang Shuai Shen Fang can stimulate the production of plaque forming cells (PFC),the DTH response induced by allogenic splenocytes.The Mixed Lymphocyte Reaction(MLR)is much stronger in the drug-receiving irr- adiated group than that in the control group.Further study indicates that Kang Shuai Shen Fang is able to enhance the production of interleukin 2 in irradiated mice.
