Role of Virus Infection and Platelet Autoantibodies Generation in Children with Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura

目的 :探讨特发性血小板减少性紫癜 (ITP)患者的病因及病毒感染和血小板相关抗体的关系。方法 :采用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)检测人微小病毒B19、巨细胞病毒 (CMV)和EB病毒 ,用酶联免疫法 (ELISA)检测血小板相关抗体 ,并分析其结果。结果 :病毒感染阳性患者的血小板相关抗体明显高于病毒感染阴性患者(p <0 0 1)。结论

Objective To study the relationship between virus infection and platelet autoantibodies generation in children with immune thrombocytopenic purpura. Methods VB19, HCMV and EBV were detected by PCR, and platelet autoantibodies by ELISA and analyzed the results. Results Platelet autoantibodies titer of patients in virus infection were significantly higher than those in patients without viral infection ( p <0 01). Conclusion The study showed that viral infection could lead to platelet autoantibodies rising and platelet count dropping.
