摘要 介绍全球合作虚拟参考咨询服务系统——QuestionPoint的功能及结构,讨论在系统平台下虚拟参考咨询服务的优势与不足。 QuestionPoint is a worldwide cooperative virtual reference service system based on the con-cept of resources sharing. Its function and structure are introduced in this paper. The advantages and short-comings of the virtual reference service provided by QuestionPoint are also discussed.
