摘要
以某金属芯橡塑线材自动化生产过程中定长切割的控制问题为研究对象,讨论了系统的构成,分析了系统的定长与随动控制机理,提出了以80C196单片机及现场可编程器件PSD813F1为核心的控制方案并予以实现,最后给出了实验结果.
The paper focuses on the research of the follower control system of cutting rubber and plastic string rnaterials with metal cores into fixed length in automatic productioin. It also discusses the formation of the system, analyses the principles of the follower control system, and puts forward and realizes the control plan, in which monolithic computer 80C196and PLC (PSD813F1) are the core components. Final ly, the paper presents the experimental results.
