As an important constituent of VisualDSP, the software development environment for Analog Devices DSP, VDK is especially suitable to be used to develop systems in which ingenious controlling code is demanded. In this paper the fund amentals of VDK and the advantages of developing application systems based on it is introduced.A simple example of developing an application system based on VDK is provided eventually.
