电大德育工作现状及对策

On Moral Work in TV University

目前电大德育工作存在着五个方面的问题,解决这些问题,可从三个方面努力:重新认识和确立德育工作的主导地位;坚持以培养“四有新人”为目标,改进电大德育工作;电大教育者要为人师表,以身作则。

Moral work is an essential meas to carry out party s educational policy, lead the correct direction of running school. However, problems exist in moral work now. this paper provides three aspects: rerecognize the leading role of moral work; make the goal of cultivate 'lour new people' ; the facaulty of TVU should set an example to others.
