摘要
目前学界提出的反行政垄断措施存在诸多悖论,最主要的是“自反”悖论与“自亡”悖论。从追究行政垄断形成之根由入手,对消解反行政垄断悖论之基本思路作了探讨。
Nowdays,many fallacies are existed in measures of anti-administration monopoly suggested by academic circles.Among these,the most principal fallacies are'alienate oneself'and'oppose oneself'.The author began from investigating the cause of monopoly formation,made a discussion on how to clear up the fallacy of anti-administration monopoly.
