摘要
通过沥青砼路面铣削刀具材料性能的研究,分析沥青砼路面材料性能、铣削刀具的结构与工作方式及刀具材料的失效机理,从提高刀具性能角度研究了提高沥青砼路面铣削刀具使用寿命的具体措施。研究内容对推广路面铣削机在公路养护中的应用,提高我国公路养护机械化作业水平具有重要意义。
This article analyses the material properties of bituminous road surface,the structure and working mode of heavy mill cutting tools and the efficiency losing mechanism of cutting tools' material by studying the material properties of bitumen.It offers the concrete measures that can prolong the service life of the mill cutting tools used on the bituminous road surface.This paper is of great significance for extending the application of mill cutting tools which are used for road maintenance and improving the level of mechanization of road maintenance.
