麻将游戏:可能诱发出血性脑卒中(英文)

Mahjong Playing is Dangerous Game for Patients with Hypertension; a Possible Inducer for Stroke

目的 调查麻将游戏与脑卒中发病的关系。方法 回顾性研究自1997～2000共5年间在我院住院的879例急性脑卒中患者。分为2组,即出血性脑卒中组与缺血性脑卒中组。前者共445例,有高血压病史占58.2％;后者434例,有高血压病史者占60.6％。调查2组的麻将游戏诱发脑卒中所占的比例,并做卡方检验。结果 879例脑卒中患者中共51为打麻将中或打麻将结束30分钟内发病,占5.8％。其中在出血性脑卒中组为8.8％,在缺血性脑卒中组为2.8％,2组间存在高度显著性差异。在出血性脑卒中组中39例为打麻将发病,其中29例有高血压病史,占74.4％,显著高于同组的高血压病史比例(58.2％);而在缺血性脑卒中组12例卒中因玩麻将发病,其中7例有高血压病史,与同组的高血压病史比例(60.6％)无显著差异。结论 玩麻将作为直接的可能诱因,容易使高血压的患者患出血性脑卒中。

Objective To investigate relationship between mahjong playing and stroke. Methods We retrospectively studied 879 acute stroke patients who part of them got stroke just when they had been playing and finished mahjong. Two groups were divided into, including group of cerebral hemorrhagic vascular disease (CHVD) about 445 patients and of cerebral ischemic vascular disease (CIVD) about 434 patients. The ratio of patients which got stroke possibly induced by mahjong playing was counted. Chi-square test was used to compare the difference between the two groups. Results Fifty -one of 879 patients (5. 8%) got stroke just because of mahjong playing, and 8. 8% in CHVD and 2. 8% in CIVD. In CHVD, there were 29 of 39 patients (74. 4%) had positive history of hypertension when they got stroke, and in CIVD 7of 12 patients (58. 3%) had positive history of hypertension when they got stroke. Conclusions Mahjong playing is very dangerous for old people to get hemorrhgic stroke, especially for patients with hypertension.
