摘要
应用有限元应力分析法对常用的Pg50 Dgl50的锥颈对焊法兰进行了弹性轴对称、三维弹性及弹塑性应力分析.将法兰、垫片及螺栓作为组合结构进行整体分析研究,并与传统的法兰计算方法——Waters法的结果作了比较.分析了法兰在最大螺栓载荷和内压为5.0MPa下,局部区域进入塑性区的扩展过程.采用国际上普遍应用的线性结构分析程序SAP5和非线性结构程序ADIlqA,在M-240D计算机上进行了有限元计算.
The commonly used hubbed welding flange Pg50 Dg150 was studied with Finite Element Method (FEM) of stress analysis in accordance with elasto-plastic models. The flange gasket and bolts were considered as a combined structure. The FEM calculation results were compared with those of the Waters method. The development of a plastic region of some parts of the flange under the action of maximum bolt load and maximum internal pressure of 5. 0 MPa was analyzed. The finite element calculations were completed on M-240D computer by using the linear structure program SAP5 and the nonlinear structure program ADINA.
