甲状腺手术后非引流的探讨

Discussion on Non-drainage of Thyroid Gland Operation

目的 通过甲状腺手术非引流的讨论 ,减少手术创伤 ,缩短时间 ,减少疤痕和粘连 ,增加美容。方法 对 1994年 3月至2 0 0 2年 4月 ,10 2例甲状腺手术非引流病人进行回顾性分析和观察 ;甲状腺切除后的手术残腔内注入生理盐水若干 ,使残腔内得到支撑及充填。结果 无 1例出现声嘶、血肿、呼吸困难、窒息和伤口感染。结论 本文 10 2例甲状腺手术病人均采用非引流方法 ,从而给甲状腺手术后的引流问题提出了一个新的尝试和探讨。

Objective By non-drainage of thyroid gland operation,it would minimize the operation trauma,shorten the operation time,decrease scar formation and adhesion,also has beauty effect.Method 102 cases of non-drainage thyroid gland operation was retrospectively reviewed during Mar.1994-Arp.2002.Inject physiological saline into the prepared cavity after the operation to support and fill in the prepared thyroid gland cavity.Result Non of the patients appears Hoarse Voice,haematoma,dyspnea,asphyxia and infection.Conclution 102 patient with thyroid disease adopt the non-draignage method so as to raise a new attempt and discussion in the post-thyroidectomy draignage problem.This research is dedicated to the therapy of those patients with thyroid gland problems.Larger operation,such as hyperthyroidism and both sides thyroidectomy,thyroid carcinoma and thyroidectomy behind sternum are not included.
