摘要
目的 :研究肠炎灵片挥发油对胃肠功能的影响。方法 :观察肠炎灵片挥发油对组织胺引起的肠痉挛 ;对新斯的明引起的小肠亢进 ;对醋酸引起的疼痛的影响。结果 :肠炎灵片挥发油对组织胺引起的肠痉挛有明显抑制作用 ;能明显抑制新斯的明引起的小肠亢进的推进运动 ;对醋酸引起的疼痛有一定的镇痛作用。结论 :肠炎灵片挥发油对胃肠道具有解痉。
Purpose:To study the effects of volatile oil in Chang Yanling Tablet on gastrointestinal function.Methods:Observations were made on the effects of volatile oil in Chang Yanling Tablet on enterospasm caused by histamine,on enteric hyperfunction by neostigmine and on pain by acetic acid.Results:The results showed that the volatile oil in Chang Yanling Tablet had obvious inhibitory effect on enterospasm and propulsive movement of the enteric hyperfunction caused by neostigmine and had the analgesic effect on pain caused by acetic acid.Conclusions:The volatile oil in Chang Yanling Tablet can relieve enterospasm and pain in the gastrointestinal tract.
