Improvement on the synthetic technology of aminomalononitrile p-toluenesulfanate

目的 :改进氨基丙二腈对甲苯磺酸盐合成工艺。方法 :参照文献方法 ,经过工艺改进以丙二腈为原料经过亚硝化、催化氢化后用对甲苯磺酸成盐合成氨基丙二腈对甲苯磺酸盐。结果 :工艺改进后合成的氨基丙二腈对甲苯磺酸盐的收率和纯度较文献[3] 高。结论 :改进后的工艺既简化了操作 ,降低了成本 。

Object:To improve the synthetic technology of aminomalononitrile p-toluenesulfanate. Methods: According to references, the synthetic technology was improved. Aminomalononitrile p-toluenesulfanate was synthesized by p-toluenesulfanate and malonic acid dinitrile (MDN) generated by nitrosification and catalytic hydrogenation of malononitrile. Results: The productive yield and the purity of aminomalononitrile p-toluenesulfanate were higher than those mentioned in the references. Conclusion: The improved technology simplified the operation, decreased the cost and improved the product,s quality.
