摘要
用国产醋酸纤维素(CA)作膜材料,利用相转化法制成不对称的CA反渗透膜,然后用多级溶剂交换技术进行膜的干燥.再分别用纯CO_2、纯CH_4及CO_2-CH_4混合气在室温下对所制得的干膜进行渗透试验.研究了多级溶剂交换技术中所用的第二溶剂,热处理温度、操作压力及进料中CO_2深度对膜分离特性的影响.试验结果表明,所采用的第二溶剂及热处理温度对膜分离特性有重大影响.
Asymmetric Cellulose Acetate (CA) reverse osmosis membranes were prepared by using domestic CA With phase-inversion method and then drying with multiple-stage solvent-exchange technique. The permeability of pure methane and carbon dioxide; and their mixture was measured at room temprature. The results showed that the second solvent used in multiple-stage solvent-exchange technique and shrinking temperature have an important effect on separation performance.
