摘要
研究了在泵出式液体端面密封面上用开圆弧槽的方法解决泵的密封问题.用有限单元法对圆弧槽密封面的压力分布进行了计算,并以液膜刚度比较大时的零泄漏为标准,对圆弧槽密封面进行了优化计算,得出了一系列优化结构参数.同时,按优化参数设计出泵出式圆弧槽液体端面密封,并对其进行了性能实验.结果表明,它的摩擦性能、密封效果和磨损性能均较好.
By the use of the finite element method, the pressure distribution on the face of outwardly pumping circular arc grooved seal was calculated. The optimum design parameters of the pumpout circualr-grooved face seal were obtained on the basis of zero-leakage under sufficiently large stiffness of the liquid film. The outwardly pumping circular arc grooved face seal was designed by means of the parameters. The experimental result showed good performance.
