摘要
卧管型多管旋风分离器是一种新型高温、高效除尘设备.本文根据相似理论原理.设计了与卧管型多管旋风分离器进气室相似的实验模型.在入口总气量1580Nm^3/h下,用热线风速仪对模型中旋风管入口附近区域的流场进行了重点测试,总结出模型中旋风管入口附近的三维气流速度分布规律.并将其气流速度分布计算式无因次化.此流场分布规律可推广应用到与实验模型相似的装置上,为卧管型多管分离器进气室惯性分离模型的建立及其进气室的改进提出了必要的理论依据.
Multicyclone with horizontal cyclone tubes is a new type of dust collector with high efficiency under high temperature. An inlet chamber model was designed according to the principle of similitude. The flow field of the neighbouring regions of the cyclone tubes inlet in the model was specially measured by using TSI hot wire anemometer at the inlet air volume of 1580 m3/h. The dimensionless formulas of three dimensional air velocities were deduced. The air flow conclusion and formulas can be used in a device similar to the model. The conclusion and formulas can be the basis for establishing an inertial separation model of the inlet chamber and optimizing the inlet chamber dimensions.
