摘要
目的 了解淡色库蚊对4种常用杀虫剂的抗药性情况,为科学使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法 采用WHO提供的幼虫浸液法,并与实验室敏感品系淡色库蚊测试结果比较。结果 除昆山品系淡色库蚊对溴氰菊酯较敏感外(R/S=1.29);南京、昆山两地区蚊虫对所测杀虫剂均产生不同程度抗药性。结论 在灭蚊工作中应采取综合性防治措施,科学合理使用杀虫剂。
Objective To investigate the resistance of Culex pipiens pollens to four common insecticides and provide evidence for scientific application of insecticides. Methods Selecting 4 insecticides to test the larvae resistance of Culex pipiens pallens according to the method provided by WHO, and compare with the test result of susceptible strain cultured in laboratory. Results The strains from Nanjing and Kunshan had developed different resistance to tested insecticides except that the Kunshan race was much susceptive to deltamethrin(R/S=1.29). Conclusion It was necessary to apply integrated control and use insecticides scientifically in controlling mosquitoes.
