B淋巴细胞刺激因子(BlyS)的功能研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 BLyS及其受体TACI、BCMA、BAFF R在B淋巴细胞的发育和体液免疫中起着重要作用 :转基因小鼠呈现出严重的SLE症状TACI Fc和BCMA Fc能明显抑制SLE症状的发生 ,BLyS 与A WySnJ小鼠均导致免疫能力大为下降TACI 和BCMA 小鼠对B淋巴细胞的发育影响不大。此外 ,BLyS能够活化T细胞和抑制B系肿瘤细胞的生长。
