类风湿性关节炎病人自理行为调查及其影响因素

A Survey of Self-care Behavior and Its Affecting Factors in Patients With Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的 :了解类风湿性关节炎 (RA)病人自理行为及影响因素。方法 :采用SBCEQ -RA ,对 48例RA病人进行问卷调查。结果 :RA病人实施自理行为的水平在中等程度以上 ,不同文化程度、病情程度对自理行为有影响 ,而年龄、性别和家庭人均月收入和患病时间对自理行为影响不大。结论 :护士应帮助RA病人提高自理行为水平 ,提高他们的健康状况和生活质量。

Objective: to find out self-care behavior and its affecting factors in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Method: a total of 48 cases RA were selected and investigated via filling out SBCEQ-RA questionnaire. Results: RA patients had moderate level and above of behavior to carry out self-care. The self-care behavior of patients could be affected by both their different education levels and the severity of their illness. However, age, sex, average income of family members, and time period of suffering of patients had little affect on their self-care behavior. Conclusion: nurses should help RA patients to enhance their self-care behavior,promote their health status and life quality.
