摘要
目的 防范急诊医疗纠纷的发生。方法 对本院1999~2002年发生85例急诊医疗纠纷进行分类和原因分析。结果 发生急诊医疗纠纷的原因主要是责任心不强、急诊意识不强、医患沟通不充分、服务态度差、医疗费用问题、医疗技术水平不高、急诊环境差等。结论 要防止急诊医疗纠纷,应做到:加强急诊制度,严格首诊负责制,完善岗前培训和考核制度,严格执行监督检查制度、纠纷报告制度、纠纷科室参与制度,加强职业道德教育和法律宣传教育,维系医患良好关系,建立合理的急诊医学管理模式。
Objective To guard against disputes on emergency medical care. Methods 85 cases of disputes on emergency medical care that occurred in the writer's hospital from 1999 to 2002 were put into various categories and an analysis was conducted into the causes. Results The chief causes for the disputes included a weak sense of responsibility, a weak sense of emergency medical care, lack of communication between doctor and patient, poor service attitude, issues concerning medical expenses, low medical expertise, and unsatisfying environment for e-mergency medical care. Conclusion In order to guard against disputes on emergency medical care, it is imperative to reinforce rules and regulations for emergency medical care, strictly adopt the first-visit responsibility system, improve pre-post training and the check-up system, strictly implement the systems of supervision and check-up, dispute reporting, and participation of the department involved in the dispute, reinforce inculcation of professional ethics and rules and regulations, maintain a sound relationship between doctor and patient, and set up a rational model of emergency medicine control.
