摘要
通过家兔动物模拟实验及新鲜人尸体骨模拟试验,结合17年来收治的投弹所致肱骨干闭合性螺旋骨折76例的临床资料综合分析,发现经超量强制性训练,肱骨在外旋应力下极易发生骨折。分析近几年同型骨折减少的原因,认为肱骨内压增高是投弹骨折的基本条件,并通过神经-肌肉传导的离子及递质学说证实,局部肌肉损伤及肿胀是导致不协调的反向强力收缩的重要原因,同时提出了加强投弹要领训练、合理安排训练节奏及强度的防治意见。
Throuth animal experimentation and simulating experiment with fresh human humerus,in corrobo- ration of 17-year experience in caring of 76 cases of spiral fracture of the humerus following throwing hand grenade,we found that the humerus is fractured easily under a stress of external rotation in excessive practice of throwing hand grenade.As the incidence of the humeral fracture has been lower in the recent eight years,we postulate that the increase in intramedullary pressure of the involved bone is the fundamental factor in the mechanism of fracture,and the injury and swelling of the local muscles are the main cause of incoordination of muscular contraction.Based upon the above findings,preventive measures are suggested.
