从部分国家医疗保障制度模式看中国城市社区卫生服务

To observe the community health care services in Chinese urban through the model of health insurance systems in other counties

通过对其他国家医疗保障体制与社区卫生服务发展的比较 ,分析了中国城市社区卫生服务发展过程中存在的部分问题 ,提出经费筹集、使用以及医疗保障的覆盖形式是影响社区卫生服务实践的关键。中国应该以医疗保障制度作为社区卫生服务发展的支撑 。

This article analyses some issues of community health care services in Chinese urban through a comparison of health insurance systems and community health care in other counties.It suggests that money raising,usage and ways of health insurance coverage are critical to community health service practice.China should develop community health care with a strong basis of health insurance system,should establish a social medicare system as well as have relevant policies to guarantee effective development of its community health services in urban areas.
