失业问题已成为当前我国经济社会中最为突出的问题。解决失业问题的办法是:实行积极的宏观经济政策,深化企业改革,确保经济持续发展,创造更多的就业机会;调整产业结构,缓解结构性矛盾;调整人力资源结构,使劳动力供需趋于平衡;培育良好的就业机制和社会保障机制。

Unemployment is the outstanding problem in our economic society. The article puts farward some countermeasures to resolve it as follows: implementing positive macro-economic policy, furthering the reform of enterprise, ensuring the sustainable development of economy, creating chances to employment, adjusting industrial structure, alleviating the structural contradiction, adjusting the structure of human resource to make the demand and supply of labourer be balanced, cultivating good employment mechanism and social guarantee mechanism.
