摘要
论述影响和制约我国高等职业教育可持续发展的战略问题,提出树立面向21世纪的职业教育观、构建完善的高等职业教育体系、努力办出高等职业教育特色、建设"双师型"师资队伍、采取多种形式办学与产业化运作、提高毕业生就业率等可持续发展的战略对策。
The article expounds the strategical problem which influences and restricts the sustainable development of higher vocational education, puts forward the strategical tactics to develop sustainably as follows: establishing the vocational education view facing 21st century, constructing perfect system of higher vocational education, running school with distinctive characteristics, constructing 'double type' teaching staff, adopting varied modes to run school and operate industry, increasing graduates' employment rate.
