颅脑损伤后临床短时记忆的研究

A STUDY OF THE CLINICAL SHORT-TERM MEMORY AFTER CRANIOCEREBRAL INJURIES

报告了颅脑损伤30例患者的短时记忆研究。实验组与对照组均用“临床记忆量表”检查。结果表明,(1)患者5项记忆分测验成绩低于健康者,两者差异非常显著(P<0.01);(2)记忆障碍的特点与损伤部位有关,颞顶部损伤7例患者的图像自由回忆测验成绩,低于其他部位损伤的患者,两者差异显著(P<0.05)。

This report deals with a study of short-term memory of 30 patients having had craniocerebral injuries.Both study and control groups were tested with clinical memory scale.The results showed:(1) The five sub-test scores in the clinical memory scale of the study group were much lower than those of the control group (P<0.01);(2)The characteristics of memory impairment correlated with the injured sites.The score of Figure Liberal Memory Test of 7 patients who had temporoparietal injuries was lower than that of the other patients (P<0.05).
