焦炭塔框架厚板裂缝的分析与预防

摘要 焦炭塔是炼油厂焦化装置中的核心设备,其框架厚板受高温辐射的影响,表面出现较多的裂缝。对几个炼厂焦炭塔框架厚板裂缝实测调查表明,由于生产操作温度较高,在设计与施工中均不能忽视温度应力问题。根据实测温度算得厚板的温度应力绝大部分为4.12~8.78MPa,最大为12.67MPa。采取通风和隔热措施;降低热源辐射温度;在设计与施工中按抗热结构要求对混凝土进行选料和配比;加密抗热构造钢筋等,可以有效地解决厚板裂缝的问题。 The coke tower is key equipment of coking unit in refinery. Flaws are seen on the surface of the frame thick plate because of high heat radiation. The results of several refineries show that temperature stress can not be ignored in design and construction since the operation temperatrue is quite higher. The temperature stress calculated by practical measuring of tempera-ture is almost in the range of 4.12-8.78 MPa. The highest one is 12.67 MPa. The problem of flaws in thick plate can be effectively solved by taking measures such as ventilation and heat isolation, lower in the ra- diation temperature of heat souroe, selecting proper materials and its ratio for concrete according to requirment of heat resistant structure and increasing steel bars in heat resistant structure in de- sign and construction of coke tower.
