摘要
回顾 1998年 2月至 2 0 0 1年 11月VEGF或其基因治疗严重冠心病 13 9例的方法、结果、副作用和安全性。绝大多数患者术中术后无明显并发症 ,术后其心绞痛发作频率、程度、持续时间均有明显改善 ,心肌灌注显像和冠脉造影等亦有明显改善。VEGF或其基因治疗严重冠心病安全有效 。
Methods,results,side effects and safety of VEGF or its gene therapy was reviewed in 139 patients with serve coronary heart disease from Feb 1998 to Nov 2001.Most patients have no complication intra or postoperation,their angina pectoris reduced in the frequency,grade,duration.Myocardial perfusion and coronary angiography showed the marked improvements in those subjects.VEGF or its gene therapy can be performed safely and efficaciously in serve coronary heart disease,but there are some problems needed to be studied.
