16层CT肝增强中Sure-Start软件应用及注射扫描方案的优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 应用 Sure- Start软件技术及不同的延时时间、注射剂量分析对肝增强峰值造成的影响 ,选择适合多层螺旋 CT肝脏增强扫描的最佳的增强扫描方案。方法  6 0例患者随机分为 3组 ,设定不同的 Sure- Start监测阈值、造影剂注射量、门脉期开始扫描时间 ,单相注射行三期全肝扫描 ,分别测出各层肝实质 ,主动脉的平均增强值 ,以及各组分别到达设定阈值的时间 ,并进行统计学处理。结果 以注射造影剂总量 1 0 0 ml,设定动脉期的阈值为本底加 1 0 0 Hu,门脉期延时 70秒 :总量 1 0 0 ml阈值本底加 80 Hu延时 5 5秒 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,总量 80 m l阈值加 80 Hu延时5 5秒 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,有更高的主动脉增强值及更高的肝实质增强峰值。结论 以注射造影剂总量 1 0 0 ml,注射速率3ml/ s,设定动脉期的阈值为本底 +1 0 0 Hu,设定门脉期扫描延时 6 0~ Objective To analyse the effect of using Sure start software technique on the peak of hepatic contrast enhancement with different delay time and dose of contrast medium,and determine the best enhancement and scanning plan adapting to the multi slice helical CT.Methods 60 patients were divided into three groups randomly using different sure start threshold value,and each group used different injecting dose and delay time in portal venous phase(PVP)within single phase injection.The whole liver was scaned with three phases with enhanced.The average peak value of contrast enhancement in the liver and aorta and the time of each group arrived at the sure start threshold value were measured.The results were analysed statistically.Results The average peak value of contrast enhancement between liver and aorta in the group with 100ml injection dose,70 second s delay-time in PVP and 100Hu added to the background in sure start threshold value was higher than the group using 100 ml,55 seconds,80Hu(P<0 05)and the group using 80ml,55 seconds,80Hu(P<0 01).Conclusion The group with 100 ml injection dose,60~70 seconds delay-time in PVP and 100Hu added to the background in sure start threshold value is the best injection and scanning for 16 slice CT in hepatic enhancement.
