几种磷化液对钢管磷化处理效果的试验分析对比表明,磷化膜的热稳定性、附着性是选用磷化液的关键。华北油田井下钢管厂据此对涂敷热固性涂料的钢管进行涂敷前的表面磷化处理,取得了良好效果。

From analysis on pipe phosphorization treatment effect by using several phosphorization liquids respectively,it shows that the key points of selecting phosphorization liquid are thermal stability and adherence of phosphorization film.Based on this,oil well pipe manufacturer,Huabei Oilfield did the phosphorization treatment on surface if pipe before coating with thermal set property and gained a good result.
