摘要
柠檬酸三丁酯是一种广泛应用的无毒增塑剂。评述了利用壳聚糖硫酸盐、对甲苯磺酸、氨基磺酸、强酸性阳离子交换树脂、固体超强酸、硫酸铝、六水氯化铝、六水三氯化铁、氯化铁固载树脂、三氯化钛、五水四氯化锡、杂多酸、稀土化合物等催化制备柠檬酸三丁酯的方法。建议对近年来开发的、有应用前景的催化剂进行扩大试验与筛选。
Tributyl citrate were widely used as non-to xic plasticizer.The preparation method of tributy citrate by chitosan sultate,p-toluene sulfonic acid,amino sulfonic acid,stronghly acidic cationic exchange resin,solid superacid,aluminium sulfate,aluminium choride hexahydrate,ferric chloride hexahydxate,ferric chloride supported resin,titanium trichloride,stannic chl oride pentahydrate,heteropoly acid,rare earth compound et al.were reviewed.It is proposed that the experiment and selection of promising catalyst developed in the recent years should be enhanced.
