实际工程中裂缝的出现是个普遍的现象，它严重影响到房屋的美观和正常使用。本文通过对某工程设计图纸的计算复查，从中发现基础设计不当造成地基不均匀沉降是引起上部构件开裂的一个主要原因，并针对类似情况提出相关解决方案。
Cracks in actually engineering was a univers a l phenomenon.It influenced the buildings beauty and normal utilization.By checki ng the plot of one engineering with calculating in this article,that the rupture of the element above was due to the wrong design of the foundation which caused the underlying soil's differential settlement and promoted the plan settling su ch similar problems was found.
