摘要
温敏不育水稻培矮64S芽期经热激(38℃)处理后,与其在22℃条件下相比较,芽蛋白组分表现出明显差异;在大于97.4KD、小于14.4KD和66.2~42.7KD范围内分别新增2条、1条和3条蛋白质带,另有8条带加强(42.7~14.4KD)和2条带减弱(97.4~42.7KD)。与热激条件下的常规稻湘晚籼2号比较,培矮64S经热激(38℃)后新增了4条蛋白质带,另有2条带加强和1条带减弱。在热激后,温敏不育水稻培矮64S芽中蛋白质组分的这些变化,必然引起植株体内某些酶系统的改变,以致影响芽的正常生长发育,使芽的生长受到明显的抑制。
After being set at heat shock (38℃),protein components of Pei'ai 64S in bud showed difference obviously:Pei'ai 64S produced 2 bands,1 band and 3 bands above 97.4KD,below 14.4KD as well as between 66.2KD and 42.7KD separately,and 8 bands strengthen and 2 bands weaken comparing with i ts protein components in condition of 22℃.In condition of heat shock(38℃),Pei' ai 64S produced 4 bands,2 bands strengthen,1 band weakens comparing with Xiangwanxian-2 in regular rice.After being set at heat shock(38℃),the changes of prote in components of Pei'ai 64S in buds caused necessarily changes of some enzyme sy stems in plant and affected growth and development of buds normally,and at last growth of buds was inhibited obviously.
