摘要
目的 :观察血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂贝那普利 (Benazepril)对系膜增殖性肾炎 (Ms PGN)大鼠系膜基质积聚及尿蛋白的影响。方法 :用抗胸腺细胞血清诱导 SD大鼠产生 Ms PGN后 ,用 Benazepril治疗 2 4d,处死大鼠并留取肾脏 ,用 EL ISA法测定大鼠肾小球系膜中胶原 ,胶原 ,层粘连蛋白 (L N) ,纤维结合蛋白 (FN)的含量 ,并用双缩脲法测各大鼠的 2 4h尿蛋白量。结果 :治疗组与对照组大鼠 2 4h尿蛋白量分别为 (30 .91± 2 2 .88) mg和 (38.5 3± 2 5 .2 0 ) mg(P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1) ;治疗组与对照组大鼠系膜中胶原 ,胶原 ,L N,FN的含量之比分别为 1∶ 1.93,1∶ 3.87,1∶ 2 .47和 1∶ 2 .0 8,各对应成分之间两两比较均有显著性差别 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :Benazepril对 Ms PGN大鼠系膜基质的积聚和尿蛋白排泄都具有明显的抑制作用。
Objective:To study the effect of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI),Benazepril,on the accumulation of mesangial matrix and the excretion of proteinuria in MsPGN rats.Methods:The MsPGN was induced by intravenous injection of ATS in the SD rats.From the day of injection of ATS,the rats were treated with Benazepril and the proteinuria was measured everyday.All rats were killed on the twenty fourth day of injection of ATS,the kidneys were removed,and the mesangial matrix was measured by ELISA method.Results:Proteinuria of Benazepril treated rats was significantly lower than that of untreated rats [(30.91±22.88) mg/24 h vs (38.53±25.30)mg/24 h( P <0.05).The ratios of the Collagen Ⅳ,Collagen Ⅲ,LN and FN of the Benazepril treated rats to those of untreated rats were 1∶1.93,1∶3.87,1∶2.47 and 1∶2.08,respectively.Conclusion:Benazepril can significantly reduce the accumulation of mesangial matrix and the excretion ofthe proteinuria in MsPGN rats,which may be its major ameliorative mechanism on the renal function.
