摘要
在分析食品工业的现状和发展趋势，并对常德现有的基础和资源进行剖析的基础上。提出了在新世纪常德需要把食品工业作为其支柱产业的战略构想。同时对“十五”期间常德食品工业发展的战略目标、重点和采用的战略措施进行了评述。
The status, development of food industry, an d the basis, resources of Changde city were discussed.That Changde city should d evelop food industry as her one of the main support industries in 21 century was put forward.The strategic goal, emphases and measure of Changde food industry in the future were commented also.
