通里攻下法对急性梗阻性胆道感染时肾功能的影响

Effect of Kidney Function on Acute Bile Duct Infection Using Tong Li Gong Xia Method of TCM

探讨中医药对急性梗阻性胆道感染时肾功能的影响。将 SD大鼠制成急性胆道感染模型 ,分成 A组(模型组 ) ;B组 (中药治疗组 ) ;C组 (抗生素治疗组 ) ;D组 (胆总管结扎组 ) ;E组 (假手术组 )。分别于手术第 3天和手术第 5天取血 ,做 Bun、Cr的检测。结果 ,第 3天时 A组的 Bun、Cr明显高于其它各组 ,E组最低 ,B、C两组处于A、E两组之间。第 5天时 Bun、Cr的总体趋势与第 3天相同。中医药在急性胆道感染时对肾功能有保护作用。

Objective:This study is used to investigate the effect of kidney function when the bile duct are acute infection using Chinese herb to cure.Methods:SD rats were made as the model of acute bile duct infection.They are divided into A group(model group),B group(herb therapy group),C group(anti-biotics therapy group),D group(group with ligation of common bile duct),E group (disguise operation).The blood was taken out to be tested for measuring Bun and Cr level post operatively the 3rd day and 5th day.Results:The Bun and Cr of A group is more than other groups at 3rd day,but the Bun and Cr of E group is the lowest in 5 group.B and C groups are between from A and E groups.5th day postoperation were as the same results as the 3rd day postoperation was obtained.Conclusions:Chinese herb can protect the kidney function on the acute bile duct infection.
